医院信息化咨询项目的主要工作步骤和工作成果

摘要：
IT consulting in the IT application of China are very new name. CIOs
in hospital have many questions on this “new” business model, such
as how the consultants work, how they help solving the problems in IT
construction in hospital. This paper will answer these questions and
give CIOs a general over idea on the work process and work results in
such a IT consulting project throughout the IT construction process in
hospital.
国内医院信息化过程已经进入了一个新的阶段，通过部分业内同事的努力，
专业信息化咨询参与医院信息化建设的模式逐渐被大家接受。但是，由于这种商
业模式在国内前人还鲜有案例参照，一般咨询工作包括那些内容，目的是什么，
主要的工作方式和工作成果是什么，等等一系列问题困扰着众多有心实践的医院
信息中心主管。本文作者通过自身在国外实际医院信息化工作经验，结合管理咨
询公司工作方式，给医院CIO 出了一套可参照的工作内容和方法。 |
